Hahnenkamm and snow. Kitzbühel is not only one of the most famous Jet-Set skiing areas in Europe. It’s also worth a visit if you want to find out about traditional Tyrolean handcrafting techniques, daily life, faith and of course winter sports - all of its history can be viewed in the town’s very own museum. Definitely a worthwhile trip and reachable within 30 minutes.

Salzburg's nature and culture are one of the most charming places you will ever visit in Austria. Salzburg's lovely environment is a very good example how they are taking care of their traditional baroque buildings. Its' flair is characterized by this beautiful style. Mozart's city of his birth offers a range of concerts and events through the whole year. In the middle of the year, there are taking place the „Salzburger Festspiele" - if you like, the „crescendo" in Salzburg. it seems like Mozart is still alive. You may visit Mozart's house of birth, listen carefully to one of Mozart's Serenades and eat some sweets called „Mozartkugeln".

Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Surrounded by mountains. It is worth to see the „Kessel". Feel the way of Life, experience Innsbruck with its' mountains surrounding the city. Maybe that is the reason why Innsbruck is called „Kessel"? Innsbruck is a 800 year old city where culture is developing continuously.

Hall in Tirol
Hall is a cute and historical city, 10km east of Innsbruck. Visit Hall's beautiful old town. Picturesque, idyllic and winding allies, typical Tyrolean styled houses and last but not least its medieval flair. Hall's' shopping city is popular for guests and austrian people. The „Münzturm" (Try to make your own coin by minting), the castle „Hasegg", the city hall, the municipal museum plus the mining museum are all well worth seeing.

Castle Tratzberg
The castle „Tratzberg" was build in 1500 on a high place between Kufstein and Innsbruck. The late gothic building has been extended and refurbished during the Renaissance period. Since 1848 the castle is owned by a private person named Count Enzenberg. Thus the castle is in a very good condition.

Silver Mine Schwaz
...the so called mother of all silver mines. 500 years ago the work was extreme hard. Over 11000 mineworkers were winning silver in the Mine. In the Mine you can trace their work. Success never comes easily. In the 15th and 16th century Schwaz was almost the biggest town in Austria and helped Tirol to be the wealthiest state in Europe. The biggest metropole in mining worldwide. The Mine is open the whole year, in summer it is comfy and in the winter warm because of its' 13 degrees.

Wolfsgorge Stans
This gorge is natural art and an exceptional experience you should not miss. At trip is really worth it, to have a look at this nature's original creation. There are 354 steps to traverse the gorge. The most beautiful one in the Alps.

Achensee's steam rack railway
Since 100 years it you can travel from Jenbach to the famous Achensee. It is a 7 km and 45min long trip passing Tirol's impressive landscape straight to the jetties in Seespitz.

Alpbach - The most beautiful floral town
Alpbach is situated on a sunny plateau 1000m above sea level in the south of the "Inntal" valley. Mainly surrounded by slate alps. In August 1993 the picturesque village Alpbach took place in the competition "Entente Floral". It was rewarded as "the most beautiful floral town in Europe" by international judges

Kufstein, the Tyrolean pearl

Alpine diary Zillertal
In 2000 the first Tyrolean alpine dairy was established in Tyrol. Enjoy the world of milk- and cheese specialities on almost 6000m2. Visit the "Erlebnis-Sennerei-Tirol" and have a look on the process, starting with the delivery of milk and ending with the finished product. Of course you may try their products.

Krimmler Waterfalls 
The total height of the Krimmler Waterfalls sums up three fall-steps of 380m. One of the highest waterfalls in Europe and obviously a natural spectacle.

Rattenberg Glas-Cuttery
In 1254, Rattenberg was elected to a market town, later in 1393 it raised officially to a town. It still is the smallest town in Austria, approximately 650 inhabitants. Have a look on the Glass Cuttery, it is worth to see it!

Lugmair's Foundry in Waidring
Visit the open-view foundry and find out how former workers created bells-, art- and rustic casts. There are taking place guided tours every tuesday.

Handcraft Market in Going am Wilden Kaiser
The market takes place 4 times a year. More than 100 handicraft worker and artists show their expertise at the village square. Nearly forgotten craftsmanship are nourished and cherished, for example binding gamsbart or spinning. Of course locale countrywomen are preparing delicious Tyrolean homemade dishes and snacks using local products, often out of their gardens. Accompanied by alpine folk music.

Großglockner - A alpine road trip
Experience the spectacular over 3000m high summits, endless glaciers, crystal clear lakes and a stunning view you will not forget. You can get on 2369m above sea level by bus or by car (Summit Großglockner 3798m).

Wildlife Park Aurach nearby Kitzbuehl
Here you may watch at various deers, boars, fallow deers, ibexes, lynxes, zebus, yaks, llamas, kangaroos, birds of prey and many others. Watch them and take pictures of them in real nature.

Tyrolean Farms Museum Kramsach
The Museum of Tyrolean Farms is situated in the east of the "Reinthalersee"-Lake. It is 8,000 square meters big. The museum emphasizes the typical architecture and their traditional lifestyle habits like farming and their everyday life.

Open-View Mine Schwaz and Mining Museum Leogang
At first chase the mineworker's trace through the tunnels, then we recommend to visit the mining Museum. They are concentrating on a unique collection of gothic sculptures: The Alp's Saints.

Varlets holes Fieberbrunn
These Varlets Holes are shafts, more than 400 years old. In former years mining workers exploited lead ore. An adventure for every one!
